Here are some easy-to-make recipes that you can try to prepare.
Method #1
  • 3½ cups of hot water
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • ¼ cup of baking soda
To prepare the spray, start by dissolving the baking soda in the hot water. Now, add the lemon juice to this mixture and stir well. Pour it into a spray bottle and your lemon freshener is ready for use.
Method #2
  • 2 cups of water
  • 20 drops of lavender oil
  • 4 packets of unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tsp. of salt
Pour 1 cup of the water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Now, add the gelatin to it and stir well until it dissolves completely. Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the remaining water into it and the oil. Next, add the salt, give it a quick stir, and then transfer the contents into spray bottles.
Method #3
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of salt
  • 4 tbsp. lemongrass essential oil
  • ⅔ cup of boiling water

Mix the salt and flour together. Now, add the water, food coloring, and essential oil to it. Knead the dough, divide and roll them into small balls, and keep them aside to dry. Different colors can be used to make the balls. Once they dry, place them together in a mesh bag tied with ribbon or place them in an open glass bowl. This will freshen up a room, instantly. You can also place them on your car's dashboard.
Method #4
