HomeQuicks

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

HomeQuicks ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at https://homequicks.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built HomeQuicks to respect your privacy: we do not sell your data, and we limit ourselves to privacy-conscious analytics that help us understand how the Site is used.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write so we can read and respond to your inquiry. Please don't include sensitive personal information you'd rather not share.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and user agent, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This information is used to serve pages, keep the Site secure, and diagnose problems. We do not use it to build advertising profiles of you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the Site — for example, which pages are popular and how people arrive. Analytics is loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, which runs third-party scripts server-side to reduce their impact on your browser. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and general location. We use it only in aggregate to improve the Site — never to identify you personally.

Agent and machine-readable endpoints

HomeQuicks offers endpoints intended for automated agents, some of which require payment via the x402 protocol. When a payment is made, the transaction is settled on a public blockchain. Blockchain transactions — including wallet addresses and amounts — are inherently public and are not controlled by us. We do not collect seed phrases or private keys, and we never will.

How we use your information

  • To respond to messages and requests you send us.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
  • To detect, prevent, and address spam, abuse, fraud, and technical issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Advertising

We may display advertising on the Site through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, to measure ad performance, and to prevent fraud. Where required by law, ads are only personalized with your consent.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings, and learn more about how Google uses data at how Google uses information from sites that use its services. To opt out of personalized ads from other third-party vendors, visit www.aboutads.info/choices.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary for security and spam prevention. Others are set by Google Analytics (via Cloudflare Zaraz) to measure Site usage, or by Google and its advertising partners as described under Advertising above. We do not sell your personal information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from reading the Site.

Third-party services

We share limited information with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare hosts the Site and provides network security. Cloudflare's Zaraz service also loads our analytics script. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Google provides aggregate usage statistics (Google Analytics) and may serve advertising (Google AdSense), as described above. See Google's privacy policy.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide their services to us, not for their own purposes.

Data retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete it. Automatically collected server logs are retained for a limited time for security and operational purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law, such as the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

HomeQuicks is operated from, and its providers may process data in, the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed in a country whose data-protection laws differ from those of your own.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, so please check back periodically.
